POSITION DESCRIPTION As a Senior Manager OTS Services, you will manage a staff of simulation process engineers. You will lead and directs the OTS services business activities globally. You'll be responsible for the direction of projects and support services to ensure overall operational effectiveness of the OTS group. We'll look to you to identify opportunities and develop specific plans to increase market share. You'll be charged with seeing that all resources are properly coordinated across the OTS group and deployed effectively within the assigned projects. Your work includes reviewing risk analysis and ensuring appropriate OTS systems are in place to meet/surpass customer expectations. You'll oversees analysis of functional specifications, specifies requirements, and assess pricing for OTS on proposals; ensuring project proposals including scope of work, pricing, milestone charts, project schedules, organization, etc. Your goal will be to achieve or exceed financial objectives, implement OTS strategies and direction for technology offerings, provide detailed business plans and forecasts which conform to both Technology and KBR business course of action. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 15 years of Chemical Engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon Processing and Chemicals Requires a minimum 5+ years of proven, diversified leadership experience; planning, communication, organizational, and people motivation skills.
